Engineering Curriculum
Design, from The inside out
The Engineering Curriculum is a complete set of free lessons that allow students to dive into the world of engineering and understand how different fields collaborate to make a technology company, like Dyson, work.

Ideal for high schools, students will learn about the design process, and they'll be ready to develop their own solutions to everyday problems. The lessons are aligned to the Common Core and to the Next Generation Science Standards.
Teacher's pack
Fully-supported lesson plans
The teacher's pack contains six lesson plans, worksheets and supporting information for the teacher, explaining how the lessons relate to design engineering at Dyson.

Videos
Meet the engineers
The videos that accompany the Engineering Curriculum include interviews with the Dyson engineers involved in the design of the DC39 vacuum cleaner. Students will learn about the breadth of engineering disciplines, find out the role each engineer has to play, how they got into engineering, and what their role is day to day.
"The Engineering Curriculum is the perfect tool for my students to understand the purpose of design briefs, product analysis and creating specifications."
