How to apply to the James Dyson Foundation

Fundraising can be difficult and time consuming, so we'd like to make this application process as easy as possible for you. Please read the following before getting in touch.

Each year, we donate a number of Dyson vacuum cleaners to charitable causes within the James Dyson Foundation's objectives. We occasionally donate small grants to charitable projects that share our philosophies and objectives. Due to our £12.5 million commitment to the Dyson School of Design Innovation, we're not currently donating large grants.

The objectives of the James Dyson Foundation are to support:

  • Design and engineering education
  • Medical and scientific research
  • Charitable projects within Malmesbury, the home of Dyson

Unfortunately, if your project doesn't meet these objectives, we're unable to get involved.

If your fundraising does fall within our objectives, please fill in the following form. We'll respond within two weeks.
